Craibstone's Joanne McCloskey wins Ballater Ladies Open

Last week Friday 28th April, Joanne McCloskey won the Silver division Handicap section in the Ballater Ladies Open with an amazing scratch score of 77, which also finished 3rd in the scratch section. Well done Joanne, and what a fabulous 1 under par back nine with a birdie on the 18th to secure victory.
Joanne was one of my first long term development programme students and has really improved her short game after attending a number of my Short Game Masterclasses.
It's been a great start to the year for a number of my students, special recognition to Willie Beattie, Bill Davidson and Rob MacPherson on your recent handicap reductions, well done on sticking with your Personal Improvement Plans and the effort you have made !
