Congratulations Drew on your first NE Alliance Victory

Really pleased for one of my students Drew Buchan who won his first NE Alliance meeting at Peterhead- with a great score of 3 under par 67. Drew has stayed commited to his Development and was rewarded for his hard work by achieving a lifetime goal of reducing his handicap to scratch in 2016.
The biggest factor in Drew's performance is his Mindset- he has worked very hard on the mental side of the game and also understands how to practice correctly.
With all of my Development Players, Mindset is one of the most important areas to focus on and gives the biggest payback.
