Long Drive and Nearest the Pin for October-

Our Long Drive and Nearest the Pin Indoor Competition has been running the month of October.
It seems that John Borthwicks knock of 284 yards has put off a lot of people from entering- it's just as well John didn't hit it as well as he could of- with the aid of Trackman we were able to see that John's Attack Angle is consistently 5 degrees down, ie- his driver is moving downwards thru Impact, by changing the Attack angle to more of an Upward direction thru Impact will result in an extra 15 yards total distance.
Peter Low is still in pole position in the 60 and over section.
In the Nearest the Pin event, Alan Bloice is closest at 11 feet from the hole.
