Student Increases Clubhead Speed by 11 MPH

Friday 28th April 2017

I posted this article in April, and wanted to follow it up by adding my congratulations to Ben on his recent victory in the Scottish Open Pro-Am playing alongside the winner of the Scottish Open , Rafael Cabrera Bello, and 2 other Scottish Golf Accademy players.

Ben has made great strides this year, since enrolling in the Scottish Golf Development Winter programme, over the winter I delivered 17 coaching sessions of 3 hours each session, working with Ben and 7 other talented juniors to develop a Total Golf Improvement Plan.

Congratulations to Ben Read, one of my North East Development Centre students who has just finished the winter training programme, that I delivered. I tested his clubhead speed in December and again just last week, he has increased his clubhead speed by an amazing 11 mph with his driver! Wow, that adds up to an extra 25 yards, great effort Ben. If all that wasn't good enough, Ben finished off his day last Staturday by adding to his CV, by achieving his first  ever hole in one at his home course of Banchory, well done Ben, your hard work and effort has been rewarded and many more accolades will follow. Most importantly of all, the way you conduct yourself on and off the golf course is exemplary !

If you would like to increase your Clubhead Speed like Ben has, sign up for Lee Vannet's Raw Power Programme.

In this 6 week programme, we will test your Clubhead speed using TrackMan , the no 1 Launch Monitor in the world , then I will take you through a series of Speed Drills as well as flexibilty excercises to increase your range of motion.

Using TrackMan Optimiser , I will check the efficiency of your swing, and with sometimes only very subtle changes to your set- up , it is not unusual to see as much as 30 yards of increased distance.

Cost for Lee Vannet's Raw Power 6 week Programme - £180.00
