Montrose Pro-Am

My latest sojourn on the Tartan Tour was in the Montrose Pro-Am on Saturday 25th July.
I shot 76- 5 over par. Not a good score, but I was very happy with my ball striking- I hit 14 greens in regulation and had 8 putts from 15 feet and in for birdie. On this occasion I didn't hole any, but I did hit a lot of good putts, they just burned the edges.
Golf can be very frustrating at times, you can shoot a very good scorel while missing a lot of greens and striking your ball poorly,and on other occasions you can hit every fairway and all the greens and not hole a thing.
You have to be patient and stick with it, good things will come!
