"Bad News" can you help.

 The Greenkeeper has just informed me that a divot was taken out of the 11th green on Sunday 26th Oct , so in an effort to find  the cause or culprit can anyone tell me if they saw this on the green as they were  playing yesterday as i can narrow this down from the playing sheet, very disapointing this has happend again , any help would be welcome.
