Congratulations to JOHN BORTHWICK who scored gross 71 to win the Captains Quaich Gross on Saturday and congratulations to DAVID ADAM who went round in net 62 to win the Captains Quaich Handicap. Well played gents.
We had an extra Captains Challenge for this day and gents team captain Stuart Milne was tasked to score well on holes 8 and 15 and anyone who beat his total score was put into a lucky draw.
Stuart parred both and only 5 players beat his total. Jim Crawford, Steve Prince, David McKendrick, Paul Reid and Steve Smith all managed one par and one birdie. Well done and well done Stuart for making it hard for the field.
In the draw STEVE PRINCE was selected to win a meal for two in the Bistro and there is no truth in the rumour that the second person has to be captain Stuart!!!
