Today we hosted our Greensomes Opens with Gents Pairs, Ladies Pairs and Mixed Pairs. Full results will be posted tomorrow,
Big celebrations though - Paul Cornfield today holed his tee shot on the 158 yard, 10th hole using a 9 iron. Paul's playing partners were Brian Nicolson, Colin Findlay and Iain Campbell.
Huge congratulations to Paul, the 13th ace we have had this year and the third in 12 days, It is an incredible record we have had this season, everybody says that the Craibstone greens are tricky and a hole in one has odds of 12500 to 1, so something is happening this year at our club.
Maybe if you want to record a hole in one then you should get yourself along to Craibstone and play a round of golf before the season ends and see if the good fortune comes your way too!!!!
