Handicap Matchplay Finals at Craibstone tomorrow

We have 3 x Handicap Matchplay Finals taking place tomorrow
At 9am ALAN BLOICE takes on GEORGE MURDOCH in the 9 hole Final
At 9.30am CHRIS FOWLIE takes on ROD PHILLIPS in the Handicap Matchplay
At 9.50am SHEILA IRVINE takes on LINDA NOBLE in the first ever Ladies Matchplay Final, and this trophy has extra significance as it has been kindly donated and named as the Kathleen Beattie Memorial.
Kathleen was a great supporter of all things Craibstone and thoroughly enjoyed the fun and enjoyment within the Ladies section, so it is fitting that although competitive every match has been played with great fun and in a friendly atmosphere.
Support to all the finalists will be welcomed.
This year has seen so many matches crammed in to a shortened playing window and I must thank each and every one of the players who participated this year, with many playing 2 or 3 times a week to fit matches in. So thank you it makes my job easier when I get the support of people participating and competing, even though two of the finalists knocked me out in these events!!!
