How's this for your first shot of the day?

Today in the Seniors Friendly matches, Torphins member, George Paterson, who apparantly was a last minute replacement, stepped up to the 7th tee (his matches first hole in the two tee start) with his 5 iron in his hand and holed his tee shot. 

Not bad for your first shot of the day. George was partnered with Ron Cockburn and was up against Jes Scaife and Bill Ramsay. Unfortunately for George and the rest of his colleagues Craibstone seniors ran out 6-0 winners.
