Ladies

On Tuesday 25th August we held the Annual Ladies Invitational. 28 Ladies attended, and we played a Texas Scramble. We were very lucky with the weather on the day and managed to finish without rain. The winning team was: Katherine Scott, Sally Connell, Astrid McAlister and Helen Innes. The winners for the longest drives were Sally Connell(Bronze) and Jackie Taylor(Silver) and the nearest to pin winners were Gail Roberts(Bronze) and Eileen McDonald(Silver). The golf was followed by a "glass of Bubbly", soup & sandwiches and coffee with shortbread. We had a raffle with lots of lovely donated prizes and then prize giving. Eileen McDonald was delighted to win a golf lesson with Lee Vannet, our resident Golf Professional at Craibstone. Thanks to all the ladies who played and to all the Staff at Craibstone for making it such a lovely day. Katherine Scott LADIES CAPTAIN
