Some cracking scores came in on Saturday, the greens were receptive and a number of players took full advantage.

Matthew McDonald has picked up 15 points over the first two rounds to give him a 4 point lead from Ian Still and George Breen with Mark Mundie and Austin Hay another point behind.

In the Eclectic Competition, in Division 1, Andrew Finlay is already down to 62, with Ian Still on 64, and three players on 65, John Borthwick, Jon Bodicoat and Graham Riley.

In Division 2, Scott Anderson and Mark Mundie lead the way on 67, with Matthew McDonald one stroke back on 68, and Garry Edgar and David Adam are two further back on 70.

Division 3 sees Graham Wright on 78 narrowly ahead of Ian Reid on 79 with Jack Alexander on 80.
