Various Club Matches to be played by 31st July.

The date for some of the Club Championship matches etc is now the 31st July unfortunatley we did not get all previous rounds played by due dates and some had to decided by toss of coin which is not the best way to do it , i would suggest that next year players be aware of what they are entering for and if they wish to qualify to play in as to avoid this situation again as many did not even know if they had qualified, also there were problems with contact details manily mobile phones which had the wrong numbers against players names again we can only put up what we are given so please make sure all your details are up to date at the start of every season, all members are give this opportunity to do so when they get new packs for the start of every new season, cant be simpler.
