As we approach the end of this decade, I would like to extend heartfelt congratulations to all my clients, especially those who achieved their goals in 2019, won club championships, lowered their handicaps and shot their best scores ever.
2019 was especially satisfying for me as a coach and mentor to Craibstone Golf Club Junior Members. Special congratulations to junior member Kyle Steel. Kyle was awarded a golf scholarship to attend North Central Missouri College. Kyle is the first junior at Craibstone to be awarded a golf scholarship. I am confident Kyle will excel with the foundation he has been given as he is a diligent and committed student. I would like to wish Kyle all the best for the future.
Sincere thanks to all the Craibstone Golf Club members who continue to support the growth of our junior programmes such as our annual junior golf trip to St Andrews. Thanks to the Craibstone Club staff, headed by Tomaz, who always provide excellent food and customer service to make all visitors welcome. Many thanks to the green keepers and administration staff headed by Derek who make everything run smoothly for our members. Thanks to Marshall-Leisure (Mr and Mrs Charles Marshall) for continuing to provide first class golfing facilities in the North-East of Scotland.
As we approach a new decade, I am excited to continue growing the game of golf with our junior development programme at Craibstone which continues to go from strength to strength alongside our junior membership.
I would like to wish everyone a healthy, prosperous and successful 2020. May every day of this New Year be filled with great success and achievement in your golf endeavours.
